1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Little Picto (the “App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must uninstall and discontinue use of the App.

2. Purpose of the App

Little Picto is an educational and creative tool designed to help users learn how to draw through step-by-step guidance and image-assisted learning features. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any use outside this purpose is prohibited unless otherwise authorized in writing by the developer.

3. User Accounts & Cloud Features

The App may offer optional user account and cloud-saving features through third-party services such as Firebase Authentication and Firebase Firestore. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring accurate account information.

4. Image Processing & AI Features

Some features of the App allow you to send images to a third-party machine learning service for the purpose of generating drawing instructions or related creative outputs. Images are processed only in response to user requests and only for their intended functionality.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate, including but not limited to: violent content, sexual content, copyrighted material without authorization, or personal images of others without consent.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of Little Picto, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Not tamper with, reverse-engineer, or bypass any security or technical mechanisms of the App or its service providers.
• Not use the App in a manner that harms, abuses, or disrupts the App or its users.

6. Children & Family Use

Little Picto may be used by children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors and ensuring appropriate use of device cameras, image uploads, and online features. No account creation or personal information is required for basic functionality.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet every user’s expectations.
• The App will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
• Cloud-stored data will never be lost due to service failures.
• The output of AI-based features will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for all use cases.

You agree that the developer shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, except where prohibited by law.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the App.
• Use the App for commercial exploitation without permission.
• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Upload copyrighted or personal images without proper rights and consent.

9. Updates & Modifications

The App and these Terms & Conditions may be updated to introduce new features, improve performance, or comply with legal requirements. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country or region in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Users agree to submit to such jurisdiction for dispute resolution unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Termination

You may terminate use of the App at any time by uninstalling it. The developer does not have the ability to remotely disable or remove the App from user devices.
