Toys Beside grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
The App offers premium features available through a one-time in-app purchase. Premium features are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Premium purchases are tied to your Apple ID and may be restored on other devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
The App uses iCloud to sync your data across devices. By enabling iCloud sync, you agree to Apple's iCloud terms of service. We are not responsible for data loss due to iCloud service interruptions.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We are not liable for any data loss, though we recommend regular backups of your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Your license to use the App terminates upon uninstallation.
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
