By downloading or using Pausehere, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must uninstall and discontinue use of the app.

2. Purpose of the App

Pausehere is a digital companion designed to enhance the use of physical notebooks by providing tailored features such as focus tools, habit tracking, and creative support. The app is intended strictly for personal use and should not be used in any manner that deviates from its designed purpose.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Pausehere, you agree to:

• Use the app responsibly and in accordance with its intended functions.
• Ensure that your use of the app complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app in any unauthorized way.

4. Age Requirements

Pausehere does not enforce a specific age requirement; however, it is recommended for users who are capable of understanding how to use digital tools to enhance productivity and creativity. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervision if used by minors.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Pausehere is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will fully meet every user’s specific expectations.
• All notebook-related features will function without error or interruption.
• Any user data will be completely secure or never lost.

You agree that the developer shall not be liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of Pausehere, including but not limited to:

• Loss of productivity, focus data, or personal insights.
• Misuse or unintended consequences of notebook enhancement features.
• Technical issues resulting from specific device configurations.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Hack, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the Pausehere app.
• Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes.
• Misrepresent your use of Pausehere in ways that could damage the app or its users.

7. Updates

Pausehere and these Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to improve performance, comply with new regulations, or add new notebook support features. Continued use of the app following updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to Pausehere shall be resolved through binding arbitration, to the extent allowed by applicable law. Users agree to resolve such matters without resorting to class actions or litigation, except where required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mainland China. Any legal disputes not subject to arbitration will fall under the jurisdiction of that region.

10. Termination

Pausehere operates fully on the user’s local device. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the app. The developer does not have the ability to remotely disable or remove the app from your device.
